weapon of choice: blades/daggers
She actually prefers small daggers and stealthy assassin weapons. She's trained in many styles of weapons and is the daughter of a warlord, so creative use of weaponry when illustrating her is welcome.
Though she's often portrayed with larger swords, they are actualy her weakest weapon. Long swords or samaurai styled swords are her sister, Etain's weapon of choice, and so Nariko shyed away from them and is known to panic when her opponent is weilding a similar weapon.

Special Powers: Shape Shifting - She can grow dragon-like wings, or fully shift into a dragon with gold eyes and blue/grey scales.

Zodiac Sign/birthdate: Aries, most likely. Date and such not decided yet

age: ageless. She appears rather young, and ages slowly thanks to her Dark Elven heritage. For the most part, I put her at about 18-24

eyes: luminous gold/yellow, she has slightly slanted/narrow eyes, fairly asian features.

hair: Black, long with chin length bangs
When her hair is long she usually wears it up in a ponytail or a long braid. VERY rairly does she wear it down.

When her hair is short, it is cut at the chin at a sharp angle, much like her bangs.

skin: medium/light grey

build: 5'4" small, but athletic and agile, fairly well defined muscles

physical details:
She has a black tatoo around her left arm, it indicates rank and closeness to the lord, Blagden.

Comic storyline: She has a lot of scars, the most notable is a nasty scar over her left eye.
History/flashback storyline: While she servers her father, she is fairly youthful and scar-less. There are a number of years that she can't remember and Jaymon thought she was dead in which she gains her scars.

Other misc. details:
she is left handed
she has a fondness for rabits, and used to raise them as a child
she's terrified of her older sister, Etain

clothing style: Comfortable, though she doesn't mind showing skin. When fighting, her arms are often bare, but when attempting to fit in with the rest of the world, she usually hides her scarred and tattooed limbs as much as possible.

She is often in golds, pale yellows and browns, mostly because through most of the story, she is a servant/slave or a rebel. Their clothing choices are limited, and rarely dyed. Leather, linin and simple clothing is with blue tints and thread for accents.
When she is young, though, purples were her prefered color.

Nariko is very reserved, knowing as less about herself than those even around her. She is determined, thoughtful, and quick to adapt. There is a flair of independence and solid self-confidence rooted deep with in her, though she hasn't had the chance to show it...

History:
comic storyline:
Not much is know about Nariko's past. She has pieced together that she was a mercenary of somekind for a dark elf lord. She has fleeting memories of a mother/caretaker as well, but nothing concrete. She knows there is a lot of blood on her hands, though why, she cannot remember or comprehend. She doesnt' share this knowledge with her new friends, though she fears that Jaymon may already know more than she does about her past. Since she was rescued by Jaymon and his sister Adel, she's slowly made herself part of their caravan/tribal group.
